Hello Movers and Readers,

Summer is winding down, backpacks are coming out, and classrooms across the country are officially back in session. A new school year means a fresh start—and a wonderful opportunity to build kindness, connection, and community from day one.

🔑 Start the School Year with The Key of Kindness

Our first classroom feature of the school year is The Key of Kindness by Nicole Mulholland, a beautifully illustrated children’s book from Australia with a simple but powerful message:

Kindness Every Time You Speak.

Get ready to sniff like a bunny, stomp and trumpet “PrrrTTTT!” like an elephant, and run like a cheetah as children move, breathe, and discover the key to kindness.

This heartwarming story invites children to explore kindness, gratitude, and positive self-talk while opening meaningful conversations about how our words and actions can impact ourselves and the people around us.

Incase we missed you,

the First Annual 'For the Love of Stories' Fundraiser was A SUCCESS!

What a beautiful way to kick off the school year—and what a testament to the power of community.

Our very first Move With Me Books fundraiser was a huge success, and we’re still feeling the love. Together, we raised $6,500, with nearly $4,000 net going directly toward growing our free virtual library of movement-based videos for children and families. This means more stories, more movement, more opportunities to breathe and learn together—and more FREE healthy screen-time choices for kids.

Thank you for believing in this vision to all! But, especially, to our sponsors who helped make it happen: Vail Valley Waste, Chloe Rogers, The Krasovec Clinic, Beck Builders, Small Town Tools & Gear, Hot Mess Express, Black Tie Rentals, Big Mountain Tuning, Color Coffee, and to all that donated to our silent auction, THANK YOU!

We wish you a wonderful start to the new school year and hope to see Move With Me Books® in your classroom or home to start the year moving, breathing, and reading together. 💛

With warmth and gratitude,

Rachel & Carly The Move With Me Books Team

P.S. Move With Me Books® is best when grown-ups play alongside children—modeling movement, breath, and connection. Kids may not remember every book you read, but they will remember reading, moving, breathing, and laughing with you.

And hey, we know sometimes dinner needs to be made, the laundry needs folding, and you need a minute! When you reach for the tube, choose something you can feel good about. Turn on Move With Me Books® and move with it!
